Bluetooth provides music playback
The Roland VAD-307 features an updated TD17 Module packed with plenty of pre-set kits to deliver acoustic tones and multiple playing options. The large interface on this electronic kit allows for a cleaner view of all of the kit’s settings whilst helping the user efficiently alter volume, kit type, and much more. Included in the interface is Bluetooth, enabling the player to drum along to music on their phone or laptop. This Bluetooth feature, along with the built-in practice function, provides the foundations for playing development, presenting the tools for any drummer to improve technique and timekeeping.
Sleek design uses space efficiently
Lightweight and compact, the Roland VAD-307 is designed for easy storage. Thanks to its sleek design and minimal hardware, the Roland VAD-307 is incredibly transportable yet durable. With a wooden shell construction and mesh heads, the VAD-307 is a perfect blend of electric and acoustic. Complete with a standard configuration this Roland pack comes with a 12’’ snare, two 10’’ rack toms, one 12’’ rack tom, and an 18’’ kick drum, each complemented by chrome hardware.
The included tom mount features a boom arm for cymbals and all three toms, saving space and reducing the need for any unnecessary hardware. Whilst the overall look of the kit is designed to deliver an authentic aesthetic, Roland has ensured that the cymbals of this kit provide a realistic playing experience too. This means that when the cymbal pad is stuck, the thin, lightweight cymbal will glide through the air, providing a close resemblance to a real cymbal.
Onboard drum coach allows you to track your playing progress
A useful feature of the VAD Roland Series is the module's built-in drum coach. This feature allows you to effectively track your playing progress and focus on various parts of your playing, including tempo, warm-ups, timing, groove and stamina. Another similar feature of the VAD series is the built-in Bluetooth feature. This is particularly handy for playing along to backing tracks and your favourite songs - improving your ability to play and perform.
